Da läuft man auf dem letzten Zahnfleisch ins Ziel eines Dreiviertel-Marathons und dann taucht man in den Ergebnislisten nicht auf! Böse Enttäuschung!
Gut, daß ich wenigstens beim Halbmarathon drin stehe: 1:39:26 ist für eine Durchgangszeit nicht sooo schlecht.
Nun hoffe ich, daß dieser kleine Fauxpas so schnell als möglich behoben wird. Meine handgestopte Zeit war 2:38:11. Das Rennen verlief insgesamt, so wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Und dies obwohl oder weil ich bei meinem Freund Timo bei Kilometer 8 kurz anhalten "mußte" um ein Glas 1996er Ridge Gyserville aus Kalifornien zu lenzen ..... Leicht oxydativ und schwieriger Abgang ... ;-) Diesen Zwischenstop mußte ich auch bald darauf ein wenig bereuen, die Beine wurden kurzzeitig recht schwer.
Für meinen Trainingsrückstand bin ichs voll zufrieden gewesen. War alles im von mir gesteckten Zielkorridor. Und das obwohl ja das Wetter wirklich nicht sehr einladend war. Wie schon in Bräunlingen, als hier den ganzen Tag die Sonne schien und dort der Nebel durch die Hochtäler waberte ...
Nun bin ich gerüstet für Frankfurt am 31.10. Meine Zielzeit dort ist allerdings nur 3:59 Std. Der Grund: Ich gebe dort den Hasen für Caren, die erstmals unter diese unter Marathonis sooo immens "wichtige" Schallmauer kommen möchte. Und Caren wird sichkünftig auch immer an ihren Hasen erinnern ... ;-))
